My name is Elisa and I’m a life coach.

I’m also a wife, mother, entrepreneur and all-around nice person.

I’m a life coach because for most of my life, I was constantly plagued with self-doubt and overwhelm about everything!

Worst of all, I was a perfectionist and that was holding me back from dreaming big.
I believed this is how I would always be and there was nothing I could do about it.
Yet, despite being insecure, there were times I accomplished major goals in my life. It made me wonder,

“If I’m so flawed,
how did I achieve those goals?
And could I have that success
in other areas of my life?”

Worst of all, I was a perfectionist and that was holding me back from dreaming big.
I believed this is how I would always be and there was nothing I could do about it.
Yet, despite being insecure, there were times I accomplished major goals in my life. It made me wonder,

I dug deep and guess what I learned?
It was all in how I was thinking!
I learned that being human is an amazing experience!
I began to accept that this experience is supposed to be full of ups and downs and that no one is perfect.

I’m not flawed.
I’m the way I’m supposed to be.

Life is only as amazing as your willingness to experience it.

From that point on, EVERYTHING
CHANGED.

I realized my successes and my failures were a result of my thinking.
